1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using clearpeptides.co or purchasing products from Clear Peptides LLC (“Company”), you (“Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement.
2. Research Use Only — Buyer Representations
By placing an order, Buyer expressly represents and warrants that:
- Buyer is a qualified research professional purchasing materials exclusively for lawful laboratory research purposes
- Buyer will not use purchased materials for human consumption, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, food, supplement, or cosmetic purposes
- Buyer is at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding contract
- Buyer’s intended use complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Buyer will not resell products to retail consumers or non-qualified buyers
3. Prohibited Uses
Buyer agrees not to use Company products for: human or animal consumption or administration, clinical trials or patient treatment, compounding of medications, dietary supplement or food production, resale to unauthorized parties, or any illegal purpose.
4. Orders, Payment, and Cancellation
All orders are subject to acceptance by Company at our sole discretion. Prices are in US Dollars and subject to change. Payment is due in full at time of order. Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if fulfillment has not commenced. Company reserves the right to cancel any order with a full refund.
5. Chargeback Policy
Buyer agrees to contact support@clearpeptides.co and allow a 5 business day resolution period before initiating any payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and legal action.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” FOR LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY BUYER FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
