Processing Timelines
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

Packaging Standards
All shipments are packed using the following standards:
- Primary container inspected for integrity before packing
- Lot-specific COA and research-use documentation included
- Insulated thermal liner appropriate to product and season
- Gel ice packs sized for estimated transit duration
- Desiccant sachets for lyophilized materials
- Tamper-evident outer seal
- Outer packaging labeled with lot number, storage condition, and RUO notice
Cold-Chain Handling
Lyophilized reference materials are dispatched with cold chain packaging designed to maintain temperature integrity during transit. We strongly recommend inspecting your shipment upon arrival and transferring materials to appropriate storage conditions immediately.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking & Delivery
A tracking number is issued and emailed at time of dispatch. For lost or delayed shipments, contact support@clearpeptides.co with your order number.
