Eligible Conditions for Refund or Replacement
- Wrong product shipped — Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Damaged in transit — Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Verified quality failure — Independent third-party testing confirms the product does not meet COA specifications. Contact us before testing.
- Lost shipment — After carrier confirms loss following formal investigation (10+ business days past estimated delivery).
Non-Eligible Conditions
- Change of mind or order error after purchase
- Improper storage after receipt
- Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery (except quality failures)
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or altered
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

- Include: order number, lot number, product name, description of issue, and photographs
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
