Research Use Policy

1. Research Use Only Designation

All products sold by Clear Peptides LLC are designated Research Use Only (RUO). This designation applies universally to all products in our catalog without exception. RUO designation means that these products have not been evaluated or approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for any clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary application. They are intended solely for qualified in vitro and ex vivo laboratory research conducted by trained scientific personnel in appropriate laboratory settings.

2. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Human consumption or self-administration in any form
• Clinical use, patient treatment, or any therapeutic application
• Diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition
• Veterinary administration outside of formally licensed research protocols
• Food, beverage, or dietary supplement manufacturing
• Cosmetic formulation for human application
• Compounding for human or veterinary use
• Resale to retail consumers or non-qualified buyers
• Any use that violates applicable federal, state, or local law

3. No Dosing or Administration Guidance

Clear Peptides does not provide, and will not provide under any circumstances: medical advice, dosing recommendations, administration instructions, reconstitution guidance for human or veterinary use, information about biological effects in humans or animals, or guidance on drug interactions. Inquiries requesting such information will not be answered and may result in order cancellation.

4. Buyer Qualifications

Products are intended for purchase by qualified research buyers including academic and university research laboratories, pharmaceutical and biotechnology research departments, contract research organizations (CROs), government and independent research institutions, and analytical chemistry laboratories. Buyers must be 18 or older and have a legitimate research purpose.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Clear Peptides, the buyer agrees to:

• Use all purchased materials solely for lawful laboratory research purposes
• Store all materials in accordance with labeled storage conditions
• Ensure materials are handled only by trained laboratory personnel
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Not redistribute, resell, or transfer materials to unauthorized parties
• Properly dispose of all materials in accordance with applicable regulations

6. Enforcement

Clear Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where there is reasonable cause to believe the buyer does not qualify or that products may be used in violation of this policy. Violation of this policy may result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to applicable regulatory authorities.
